Kundalini Awakening is a practice that goes beyond the physical. Maria guides you through a journey of surrender, trust, and transformation. Explore the depths of your being, release emotional blockages, and activate your spiritual energy. Maria brings a unique blend of experience, authenticity, and passion to each session. Kuṇḍalinī is described as a sleeping, dormant potential force or energy that lies in the root chakra (Muladhara chakra). An awakening is when the dormant kundalini energy rises from the base of the spine all the way up to the seventh chakra, Sahasrara. It may feel like a sudden surge of energy moving through your body, with or without uncontrollable physical movement like shaking, jerking, or spasms. Cold or heat. A mix of emotions. Visions. On a mental and spiritual level, you may notice enhanced awareness and the ability to move past your ego. Once the kundalini energy awakens, it continues flowing through your system, changing your thoughts and emotions as your mind opens up to your new reality and higher consciousness. No prior experience of any kind is necessary. All you need is an openness to receive and the willingness to surrender to your very essence. The session lasts for 1 hour, with an additional 30 minutes for an introduction and conclusion. Music is played loud.
